Remodelling Delivery Routes
Client: Unilever UK Ltd, Leeds
The existing site road infrastructure at the Unilever Leeds site needed remodelling to provide alternative delivery routes for the sites LPG tanker deliveries.
We replaced an old asphalt system with a new bunded reinforced concrete roadway, extending the width and HGV turning areas. A total of 1,350 tonnes of concrete were delivered and laid to provide the new 350m-long roadway.
And we also erected an Armco barrier system to provide safe site walkways on completion.
