Remedial Works – Todmorden CE, J, I and N School

Client: Church of England – Leeds Diocese

Following our successful tender, we carried out remedial works to defective hardwood flooring, joist and sub-base including propping of provision of additional ventilation. All floor finishes were reinstated, the decoration completed and heating re-sited.

To provide additional storage space, we upgraded the structural joists to the loft area. New floor decking and safety handrails were installed to provide vital room to store school equipment and to optimise limited space available.

The work was completed during the school’s term time and careful planning caused minimum disruption to the school routines.
