Aladdin Office Accommodation – Unilever R&D

This 5-phased project was carried out whilst Unilever staff were working in the building as normal. Noise restrictions were common, making construction work challenging. The project included high level linking of two office facilities and removing internal concrete staircases to maximise internal floor space. Stairpods were constructed on the outside of the building linking the upper and lower floors. New external re-glazing, forming new laboratories and hotroom test facilities we’re also created. And a fresh new look with break out areas and mini kitchen facilities were formed for the staff to enjoy.
