Modular Accommodation – Cordukes Building

Client: York St John University

This job involved segregating, capping services and controlled demolition of Cordukes Building at York St John University. We set out and provided designed foundations, managed installation of 3no classroom accommodations and associated external work to the University campus.

We also set out, piled, and constructed a new greenkeepers facility and storage to the sports centre and updated existing infrastructure works.
